• Custom data research based on your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Real-time candidate and contact validation services
• Industry-specific staffing databases and market intelligence

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data or Services without explicit written permission
• Use automated systems to scrape, copy, or extract data from our Services
• Engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair our Services or infrastructure
• Use the data for spamming, harassment, or any unethical business practices

While we strive to provide highly accurate data (95-98% verification rate), we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy for all data points. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on the data provided. You acknowledge that data intelligence requires ongoing verification and due diligence on your part.

All content, data compilations, software, and materials provided through our Services are the exclusive property of Upskill Technology or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data solely for your internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
